LASORB L44-47-121-683-X

The L44-47-122-683-X series LASORB device is a 2-pin through-hole version of our ESD absorber, designed and tested specifically to protect blue laser diodes and other optoelectronic devices that have an operating voltage between 4.0V and 6.0V. It provides protection against reverse bias as well as fast-changing forward bias conditions.
